We've been using Blue Buffalo for over a year now. One of our dogs has a grain allergy that causes a rash so trying to find grain free food was important to us. We thought we found that with this food. Though it does not cause a rash we have even worse issues. It started with our beagle. He never wanted to eat this food so we would soften it with water and he begrudgingly ate. Then with the last couple bags we received he started have bloody loose stools. After calling Blue I became frustrated, their customer service could not answer my question; what is ingredient difference between them, but could not get answer. After asking the question several different ways it became clear they were evading telling me the truth. They suggest the limited ingredient recipe of Chicken and Potato. I had an appointment for my dog scheduled 2/3/21 at 4:15pm. Getting the appt scheduled was a little weird as it was done online/over text but whoever I was communicating with was responsive and answered my questions. I scheduled my grooming appointment weeks out. When the day came, I was overly anxious to get the grass and pollen off my dog, but the team did not show up and did not call. I reached out numerous times. After nearly three days, I got a text apology stating that my appointment had mysteriously disappeared from the software. I've used Instacart a lot, and I have a problem with their refund policy.I ordered 6 items the other day. The shopper found all of them, I paid for all of them, but I only received 4 of them. The manager Gary is quick to throw other bars under the buss and tell other managers to keep track of their customers wearing masks. Long story short.Ordered food for delivery, didn't get a third of my order, half of what I got was wrong.Called, got put on hold, then got hung up on after while. Called back, was told I had to call "corporate" and a manager would call me back in 20 mins or so.
