Amazon use to be great. Now the price went up and they have gotten worse. Buyer beware, you are at the mercy of third party vendors. Amazon is not willing to help at all. It's truly unbelievable, they discriminate against you if you return or order too often-I had situations with melted frozen dairy goods-unacceptable; they refund the money, but now when trying to order they say no delivery windows in the next 3 days-we are PRIME-the contract takes our money every month, then breaches itself constantly in these ways, and worse with Prime Video-as service that is supposed to be included, except that certain free shows are now FULL pay-like 3.00 per episode-so during the worst time in human history, this is Amazon's answer to the issues at hand, mess with everyone, and, if you don't like it, they shut you off-seems too me they must be aligned with other reviews
