Rolex really need to sort out their AD's and their customer service. I've now contacted 4 separate dealers about a purchasing a Rolex Oyster Perpetual for my wife who has worked hard all last year as a front line worker and wanted to treat her to a 'forever' watch. I've left extensive contact details, email, address and telephone number allong with any size watch with any dial colour and guess what? Not one of them has bothered to call or even reply with a no. People around every corner telling the children to fix their masks every 2 seconds. Just not the most magical place on earth during this time. Waste of money. There just aren't enough bad words to express the disappointment. We bought season passes. We reserved our day online. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to wait in line until there might be an opening to enter the park. Um, which part of reservation did I misunderstand? Talked to a manager. The manager Gary is quick to throw other bars under the buss and tell other managers to keep track of their customers wearing masks.
