We have had nothing but issues! We purchased a dining room set with 6 chairs. We opted to put the items together ourselves, and upon assembling the chairs, we found that it did not come with the 3 pre-drilled holes needed to connect the chair to the seat portion. Given we live nearly 2 hours from the nearest store, we just went ahead and drilled the needed holes, as we needed chairs to host an upcoming dinner. Customer service was awful and less than understanding and merely offered $50 for a $200 chair! But wait... it gets better. We again decided to gamble fate and bought more furniture from RC Willey, this time it was a desk with a hutch and a TV stand with the hutch. Given our hell-ish t

Reserved a 20 ft truck a week in advance prior to move. Received multiple confirmations via text. Day of pickup was scheduled for Saturday Feb 27,2021 @ 10am. On day of pickup found out Uhaul selected a location not even open on the weekends. Had to spend over an hour on the phone to receive help. I was transferred 7 times with no one helping. The reservation was guaranteed for 10 am or $50 was to be given. After over an hr on the phone trying to get a hold of customer service I decided to write this. I'm still trying to get this settled. As of now Uhaul has failed to uphold their agreement. My Uhaul still isn't available, I need to pay my workers for their time and Uhaul still doesn't have

I booked a flight with Spirit to FLL from Austin, and due to the extreme winter weather we got on the third week of February 2021, I could not drive to the airport and even less since I live in San Antonio. I requested a full refund due to these conditions, and they stick to their speech, that they will give me a voucher. Since Spirit doesn't flight from San Antonio, I insisted that it won't work for me, so please give me a refund, with no changes on their response. Also, it was a very expensive one-way non-stop ticket, almost $400. Turns out some ******* thief accessed my PSN account and made their Playstation the activated primary console. A quick phone call to customer support revealed that Sony is under the impression that thieves are very religious and don't work on Sundays, so its closed.Now, instead of enjoying my day off, I get to lock all my credit and debit cards, change all my passwords, and spend the rest of my day hoping I didnt miss anything, since Sony doesn't think people need help on Sundays.Thanks for giving hackers and thieves a sporting chance, dickbags! #sony #fileacomplaint #sonyelectronics #customerservice #facebook #twitter
