I have flights scheduled for 3 weeks time, the airline have changed my flights to arrive in Calgary at 8:04PM and depart Calgary at 10:15AM on the same day. As these flights are physically impossible and myself and my children are unable to be in two places at once, I requested a full refund. They will only offer me a partial refund leaving me out of pocket £555. I offered to change my arrival city and/or departure date and was told there are no comparable flights. I purchased a ticket from Mexico City to London. Aeromexico cancelled the flight. They did not even offer to refund the money paid for the ticket, as they must do by law (plus 25%). Rather, the cancellation message said that we could have an open ticket to any destination. However, this was a lie. To this date Aeromexico has neither refunded the ticket price nor honored their offer for an open ticket. All I get when I call the airline are lies and more lies -- first, they said that the money had already been refunded, and then that I would get a voucher for 115% of the ticket price, but none of that is true.We've filed a complaint with the Mexican consumer protection agency and the airline'

I purchased a seat for my 9 month old's carseat. I was able to travel to our vacation spot with the carseat, no problems, on Allegiant Air. Upon attempting to return (again, with a paid seat for the 9 month old) the flight attendant asked if the car seat was authorized for use by the FAA.Disclaimer: I have been a flight attendant for 15 years. I am aware that it is required that a carseat be authorized for use by the FAA. In my 15 years and 3 airlines (one regional, one major U.S. carrier, one corporate) I have NEVER been trained to physically check car seats for labels. The worst airline experience I have ever had! There was a snow storm which backed traffic up for over an hour. I arrived at the airport at 6:15pm for a flight time of 6:50pm and the ticket agent would not allow me to check my luggage or print my boarding pass saying that he could not process anything as the airplane was trying to leave 10 minutes early because of the storm. The customer service is terrible. Does Alaska Airlines not understand that they are flying human beings? Where is the human compassion? I was ordered to leave because "there was a complaint against me." I thought they were kidding. They evacuated the plane and surrounded me with eight security guards, so everyone knew I was the reason, but they refused to tell me what the complaint was despite my uncontrollable sobs and repeated pleas for an answer. Then they left me stranded at Lima airport in the middle of the night without money, a cellphone, credit card, or bank account. (I was moving residence and had cancelled everything.) I had to call a friend in the US to loan me the money to fly back, plus I'm out over $1500 for the flight they kicked me off of and related expenses.I wrote a detailed letter to four Jetblue Airline

I took a night flight in May to visit one of my best friends in Cali. Got there 1 1/2 before departure. Once I got there I learned that my flight would take off at 11pm instead of 8:30pm since they had to downsize the plane. So I waited patiently and texted my friend that I will be arriving late. There was an announcement prob at around 9pm that it would be delayed an additional hr since they were waiting for flight crew to arrive. I texted my friend AGAIN. Southwest Airlines has gone completely downhill with customer relations! Our family of 10 booked tickets to the Dominican Republic, and they CANCELLED the flight going home. They have another flight the following day, and they said there is NOTHING they can do. It will cost us $1,200 to stay in a hotel near the airport for another day. The top tier customer service line said they cannot offer vouchers and almost directly said they don't care. They've offered vouchers to offset costs for hour-long delays before at airports (I've seen it), but they strand people in a foreign country for an additional 24 hours and don't care?
