I have flights scheduled for 3 weeks time, the airline have changed my flights to arrive in Calgary at 8:04PM and depart Calgary at 10:15AM on the same day. As these flights are physically impossible and myself and my children are unable to be in two places at once, I requested a full refund. They will only offer me a partial refund leaving me out of pocket £555. I offered to change my arrival city and/or departure date and was told there are no comparable flights. I purchased a seat for my 9 month old's carseat. I was able to travel to our vacation spot with the carseat, no problems, on Allegiant Air. Upon attempting to return (again, with a paid seat for the 9 month old) the flight attendant asked if the car seat was authorized for use by the FAA.Disclaimer: I have been a flight attendant for 15 years. I am aware that it is required that a carseat be authorized for use by the FAA. In my 15 years and 3 airlines (one regional, one major U.S. carrier, one corporate) I have NEVER been trained to physically check car seats for labels. Anyone with common sense knows that it is safer to fly a baby/child in a carseat than as a lap child. In fact, as a flight

Southwest Airlines has gone completely downhill with customer relations! Our family of 10 booked tickets to the Dominican Republic, and they CANCELLED the flight going home. They have another flight the following day, and they said there is NOTHING they can do. It will cost us $1,200 to stay in a hotel near the airport for another day. The top tier customer service line said they cannot offer vouchers and almost directly said they don't care. They've offered vouchers to offset costs for hour-long delays before at airports (I've seen it), but they strand people in a foreign country for an additional 24 hours and don't care? Terrible customer service, forever waiting for a reply, my package was lost, than found but can't be resent so have to wait 2 weeks for a refund. I had originally orderd sale items but as I went to reorder them the offer had ended and had become full price again. I also have premier next day delivery, which is completely pointless to have. Customer service so unhelpful, they have no sympathy or care for your goods. Have used ASOS for years but in the last year they have really gone down hill. I do love their products. The shaving cream is awesome. I am so sad I can no longer buy it at Bath and Body Works because the website is horrible. I place an order and it wasn't until I contacted them over a week later that they finally shipped my order. They sure took my money right away. Horrible customer service. Damit soll vielleicht der Neukauf angekurbelt werden.Meine mechanische Tastatur für 150€ wurde als extra langlebig beworben und funktioniert nach 3 Jahren nicht mehr. Auch wenig/kaum genutzte Tasten reagieren nicht mehr.Der Support ist eine Katastrophe und will nicht tätig werden. Mir wurde ein Gutschein für den Logitech-Shop angeboten.Nein danke, nie wieder Logitech!

I have been purchasing D&B for over 30 years. This is the first time I have had with them. All previous purchases have been of high quality no defects.
For this reason when I received a purse and wallet in September, didn't check it for quality. I had bought to wear on Christmas Day. I didn't use it until Christmas. One of the side snaps kept breaking loose. Upon further inspection discovery the snap had a crack which was obviously a defect. This is a brand new purse.
As per the website, it said to call customer service if the return date had passed. I called the toll free number but was told due to the high volume of calls, I needed to use chat and the phone hung up.

By far the worst I have ever used. I switched to a MAC 10 years ago because they were the best, but it did not work with my Android, so I bought an iphone, then another and another and another. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on apple products for every member of my family and myself. Now we are all ready to just throw them in the garbage and go back to google.
