Buying online from Skechers is the most sour experience ever. They have ignored all my emails and their courier which is UPS has refused to help me to return a pair of shoes I bought online from them. In these exceptional circumstances all the companies are offering electronic return label or a generated quote to return the goods but not UPS and Skechers have given me the deaf ears and I am running out of eligible days to have a full refund. #skechers #fileacomplaint #skecherscustomerservice #skechersonline #horribleservice

Went in with my boyfriends 2 corgi's, 1 short and 1 long hair. Everything seemed fine but the very next morning the long hair we had clipped to be short hair like the other had what seemed like dry red skin. I just brushed it off as irritation to the grooming and in a few days it would clear up. But it didn't she itched and scratched and chewed at her underside. So set up a vet appointment that took a week and the vet said it's a staphyloccus infection Then I called petsmart to see what they would do and they asked me what I was looking for to happen and I said at least the money back for our dog that got the skin infection. I had an appointment for my dog scheduled 2/3/21 at 4:15pm. Getting the appt scheduled was a little weird as it was done online/over text but whoever I was communicating with was responsive and answered my questions.
Appointment time rolled around and I waited.
15 minutes late. I started double checking my texts to make sure I didn’t mess up the day/time. Checked their website which says appointment times are approximate but that they’ll call to update if they’re running late. Ok, fine.
30 minutes late. I text the number that I’d been communicating with asking for an updated arrival time. No response.

These people are crooks. I had ordered the NBA package last year not this year. With the NBA the way it is and being broke I can't afford it nor want it. They auto charged me for it $200. I didn't even realize I had it either. I hadn't watch any games. Went to pay the bill and seen the charge. I contacted them and they said no problem we can take it off. They didn't. I called back and again was told yes it will be taken off. They didn't. Called a 3rd time to be told they can not take it off that I have to pay for it. So now I pay or get my TV shut off. Horrible service. To lose a long time customer over $200 is sad. Oh well. Stay clear of them people. #crooks #horribleservice #fileacomplaint

The food was very ordinary and lacked taste. The meatballs were below ordinary. Our food for 3 people came an hour late. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE IT, THEY COULD CARE LESS. We ordered an 18 pack, which is a large, chicken wings. We received 17 only. When I called, the manager David said I was welcome to drive all the way back to the restaurant for one wing or tough luck. He would not credit me another order or send a gift card and was unwilling to make any concessions. They are however, more than willing to take my money. Because that’s what it’s all about.
