Bought a harry potter clock that was defective, very poor quality. Sent Item back for refund they refunded tax 3.16 and kept 44.98 of the original 44.99 for restocking fee refund reduction. When we complained they now claim we sent an empty box even though we have post office weight scale slip showing weight of clock and box. We hired them to design our kitchen and manage the process. Ultimately, they did not end up providing all of the details needed to finish the kitchen. They did not provide the finishing touches like barstools as agreed upon, and the cabinet measurements were incorrect. Luckily, the contractor and cabinet company caught that or else we would have been out a lot of money on cabinets that did not fit the space vertically. I had an extra ceiling vent. I called and talked to someone in the office. I told him that of the 12 packages, FIVE did not have screws. I HAD to drive to Home Depot and buy them. It was a pain in the but. He said that the workers who pack stuff did it. Then he told me NOT to send the vent back and he would just give me a $12 and change credit on my card. This place was awful. After showing up for a scheduled appointment, they let us know that our part has yet to arrive and we'd have to come back another day. No phone call. When we came back, they said it would take about 4 hrs to complete. Wow, that's a long time. But whatever, what can we do? After FOUR HOURS, they called to tell us that they sent the wrong device and couldn't complete the service. It took 4 hrs to figure that out? We came for New Years and were really looking forward to this property and were planning to attend their NYE party. Unfortunately, my reservation was canceled the day before without my consent! I was already in the Keys staying at another property and was now stuck with nowhere to stay the rest of the week and no NYE party to attend since it was for hotel guests only. When I got the cancelation email from Chase Sapphire Rewards (who I made the reservation through) I immediately called and tried to re-book my room but the hotel was full.
