I have flights scheduled for 3 weeks time, the airline have changed my flights to arrive in Calgary at 8:04PM and depart Calgary at 10:15AM on the same day. As these flights are physically impossible and myself and my children are unable to be in two places at once, I requested a full refund. They will only offer me a partial refund leaving me out of pocket £555. I offered to change my arrival city and/or departure date and was told there are no comparable flights. We ordered food from the Mocksville NC location using the mobile app. When we picked up the food a lot of it was missing. When we tried to tell them that we did not receive everything they refused to look at the receipt and said that we got all we paid for. They were extremely rude. I tried to show them several times my receipt and all the food we ordered but they refused to look and said that it was not their problem. By the time I got home with what food we did get, it was cold because of all the time it took to try to get our entire order. I had purchased a party (Mega Star) for my great-granddaughter with no intent to attend. I live in Florida and the party was set for the Whitehall, PA site. I reserved online and provided my credit card information which was promptly debited for the $50 deposit. After the party, at 9pm ET, I got a call from someone named Barry who told me I was required to come in and pay the balance in person within the next 45 minutes or he will report me to the Whitehall police. I really don’t even know where to start. When I called to schedule an appointment the lady who answered was so rude and couldn’t comprehend that I know how to count my OWN windows and kept asking if I was sure. When the guy arrived I told him to please park in my driveway, I waited outside to guide him and he was giving me so much grief about it. I found this park to be rather boring after visiting Canyonlands. Park visitors were rude and didn't follow the rules. When I tried to find a number to call a ranger, there was no number listed and when you call the main park number, the recorded message just says to contact the ranger if you experience an issue. We came in door with a group of 4. Expected to be greeted with a smile as other places would greet you. Did not get that. Waiter was very rude, acted like we were an inconvience. I noticed the place was busy and asked about a wait time and waiter said they were busy all night and was going to be busy all night and there was no option to wait or reserve, didnt even offer an apology.
