Food was terrible! Chef should be fired! Ordered med rare steak without the discusting vinaigrette drizzle and wouldn't you know it I got well done burnt with discusting drizzle! Terrible service with lackadaisical management. There was no attention to customer service and no response to customer requests on service items. There is need for drastic improvements on staffing. Absolutely terrible value in food or drink purchased. Really disappointed by this location. Food is terrible, nothing to do with fresh tasty Greek ingredients. I ordered tabouleh salad imagining it fresh and with lots of parsley and olive oil. It came warm!!! Terrible service. Had golf cart (fixed) replaced all batteries charged and arm and a leg and still not working. Had them pick up the golf cart again took them a week and i finally called them and was told it would be delivered Monday, monday came and nothing, called tuesday at 8:10am they said golf cart was on the truck to be delivered called at 4:20 they where closed for the day. I am disabled. So being told room on 5th floor. Was unbelievable. Given 1st floor with noise from outside havent slept. No nespresso machine a joke of a discount. Terrible towels.
