I scheduled my grooming appointment weeks out. When the day came, I was overly anxious to get the grass and pollen off my dog, but the team did not show up and did not call. I reached out numerous times. After nearly three days, I got a text apology stating that my appointment had mysteriously disappeared from the software. I was understanding due to COVID and other holiday chaos. They offered a twenty percent discount and said they would come at noon the next day. They said that this "never happens." I have all of these texts messages. Sadly, once again, they no showed and no called. I waited for hours!! I've sent 4 messages to the text line with no response. They will not provide a number

You can’t even imagine what I’m going through with this company.I have placed a few orders on coach uk website, one of them over 3 weeks ago.None of them has been delivered!I contacted coach customer service uk and I was told that this was due to DPD delays which appeared to be a lie as I spoke to DPD customer service and DPD import team and they kindly explained to me that they were not able to deliver those parcels as Coach didn’t provide a proper shipping information. There are no my name, no my house number, no my telephone number and no my email address on the shipping label provided by Coach on any of my parcels, therefore DPD will have to return those parcels back to the sender!Ridicu

Unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful employees at stops and drivers. I wouldn’t recommend the greyhound from Vicksburg Mississippi to Augusta, Ga horrible experience.
