Unfortunately we wish we would have done something else with our day. Long lines- two hour waits (we didn’t pay extra for express pass) for rides. In 9 hours (and $400 plus for three people) we experienced two “rides”. Loved the Harry Potter area and the butter beer- some rides were “at capacity” and so we were turned away after waiting in line??? Even with long long long lines.
To be successful at Universal and see everything - you need to pay more to get the express tickets.
Rides were socially distant - lots of “hall monitors” who were reminding people about mask wearing at all times. People seen cleaning but without limiting access to the park overall- it just made lines longer and longe

I signed up to Hulu for the first time and originally put my boyfriend’s credit card in as the payment method. The system recognized his card because he already had an account with Hulu so it didn’t let us enter it even though I had created the account with my email, so I inputted my own credit card (which was never previously used on Hulu). One week into the trial I check my credit card statement and I see a charge for $12.00. This place was awful. After showing up for a scheduled appointment, they let us know that our part has yet to arrive and we'd have to come back another day. No phone call. When we came back, they said it would take about 4 hrs to complete. Wow, that's a long time. But whatever, what can we do? After FOUR HOURS, they called to tell us that they sent the wrong device and couldn't complete the service. It took 4 hrs to figure that out? After getting it sent to a different shop, they completed the job in under 2 hrs. What a joke. #fileacomplaint #a2zautoexclusive #automotive #awfulservice #clueless #wasteoftime #whatajoke #ripoff

There just aren't enough bad words to express the disappointment. We bought season passes. We reserved our day online. When we arrived, we were told that we needed to wait in line until there might be an opening to enter the park. Um, which part of reservation did I misunderstand? Talked to a manager. Explained that I fully understand Covid and restrictions, but if you don't sell more than capacity, you don't end up with this situation. He proceeded to tell me that they only sold capacity tickets. Then where did the line come from? After much debating, I ask for a full refund for everything. This was a family trip with my mom, who is turning 80. This was what she wanted to do. Well thanks fo
