I took a night flight in May to visit one of my best friends in Cali. Got there 1 1/2 before departure. Once I got there I learned that my flight would take off at 11pm instead of 8:30pm since they had to downsize the plane. So I waited patiently and texted my friend that I will be arriving late. There was an announcement prob at around 9pm that it would be delayed an additional hr since they were waiting for flight crew to arrive. I texted my friend AGAIN. Maybe another hour later it was announced that my flight had been cancelled! This was UNACCEPTABLE. I started crying and panicking. I had plans! I was supposed to get to Cali Thursday night and we would drive to Vegas the next morning. I
Worst experience I've ever had taking my dog to get shots! I sent my daughter to take the dog to get her shots and I figured it would be the price that was on the site and it was almost double the price and they added heart worm vaccine and I told my daughter we didn't need it and when she told the Petco manager she didn't need it they refuse to take it off the bill! #fileacomplaint #petco #worstexperience #refusetotakeoffbill

I booked flight to fly from ORD airport to Bangkok, Thailand, layover in Doha. I arrived the check in counter late due to the delay of my domestic flight from Michigan that I could not avoid the late arrival at different airport. Also the Qatar Airways rescheduled to leave about 25 min earlier after I already booked domestic and international flights. I had been panicked when I arrived the closed check in counter and I realized I was late. The plane will leave in about 50 min. One young guy at the ORD airport helped me to contact the check in counter staff. I was very impressed. I had waited about 10 min. Then the check in counter staff showed up.
